Coco Choko Balls

Sweet Balls made with choclate and coco

Ingredients :-

1/2 Cup Crushed Parle G buscuits
1/4 Cup Dry Fruits
1/4 Cup Coco Powder
1 Table Spoon Drinking Chocolate (Coffee Powder)
2 table spoon Decicated Coconut
200 Gm. Milkmaid

Method:-

First of all mix all the things except coconut powder with milkmaid (take milkmaid in such a quantity that it remain in shape when we will shape them) and crush it with hands like the flour.

Make small balls and wrap with Coco Powder.

Coco Choco Balls are ready.

Serve it and enjoy its taste.

Kurkura Dhokla

Non oily and simple dessert. traditional but different.

Ingredients :-

1/2 cup chane ki dal
1 table spoon urad dal dhuli
1/2 tea spoon refind oil
1/4 tea spoon Rai
1 table spoon curd
1 pouch Eno
1/2 tea spoon salt
3-4 Green Chilly &
ginger in small pieces.

Method:-

First of all water both  Dals for two hours.
Add salt and grind both dal not fully.
Chopp chilly and ginger and mix in the paste according to taste.
Make the tadka of rai and mix with the paste.
Add curd and mix it well then mix Eno to the mixture.
Heat the mixture in steam for 15 minutes.
When it colls down make pieces.
Fry in refind oil on high temperature.
Serve with Green Chatni and Chilly.

Kurkura Dhokla is ready to taste.
